Exclude Sources and Import Media Items

Exclude noisy sources at the workspace level and manually import outside coverage by URL in Truescope. Keep your inbox focused on what actually matters.

You can now exclude sources at the workspace level in Truescope to ensure irrelevant or low-value content doesn’t appear among your queries.  Guarantee the content and data that you are receiving stays focused and is an accurate representation of the media sphere with this new update.  Exclude sources from Workspace Settings or directly from the channel card when reviewing items in your inbox.

You can also manually import media items that fall outside Truescope’s standard monitoring, such as niche blogs, internal newsletters, or press releases. The import tool will automatically extract data from the URLs that can be added to your report to gather extra insights and information.
